What You'll Do

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering, product, and data teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers, source world-class talent, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for tech roles - from JD creation to offer rollout

- Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs and strategies

- Source candidates through diverse channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interview processes

- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS and keep stakeholders updated

- Represent CoinCROWD with authenticity and enthusiasm at every candidate touchpoint

- Use data to track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the recruitment funnel

- Champion employer branding and candidate experience

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of technical hiring experience in fast-paced startups or tech-first companies

- Strong understanding of software engineering, DevOps, data science, and related roles

- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, and ATS platforms (we use [insert ATS])

- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership from day one
