CoinCrowd is advancing digital asset adoption across the UAE by bridging blockchain technology with finance to create solutions that simplify crypto usage in everyday life. Our goal is to make it seamless for users to access a range of services-from paying utility bills, onboarding mobile operators, and subscribing to entertainment (Netflix, Spotify, Google Play, iTunes) to making purchases with top brands like Amazon and Walmart, booking travel, fueling up, and even dining out. We are expanding and are looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager with a strong background in crypto, rewards, gaming, and loyalty programs.

Role: Permanent Full-Time Employment

Only candidates based in the UAE will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and secure partnerships with leading UAE-based institutions, focusing on sectors like crypto rewards, card-linked offers, and digital vouchers to expand our range of lifestyle services.

- End-to-End Partnership Execution: Drive initiatives from concept to completion, collaborating closely with product, tech, sales, and marketing teams to implement seamless solutions.

- Market Insight & Strategy: Stay attuned to industry trends in digital finance and crypto in the UAE, using insights to drive strategy, especially within sectors like entertainment, e-commerce, and retail.

- Portfolio Growth & Relationship Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value partners, providing consistent updates on CoinCrowd's capabilities and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

- Brand Representation: Represent CoinCrowd at major industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning us as a trusted partner within the UAE's crypto ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 10+ years in partnerships or business development, with at least 4 years specifically in the crypto, rewards, gaming, or loyalty sectors in the UAE. Additional experience with mobile operators, digital wallets, or payment providers is highly valued.

- Crypto & Blockchain Knowledge: Expertise in blockchain, crypto solutions, and institutional products like asset tokenization.

- Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding partnership targets, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, with a talent for understanding partner needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Self-Starter & Innovator: Independent, resourceful, and continuously looking for new partnership opportunities, capable of managing complex projects.

- Industry Experience: Background in working with mobile operators, digital payment providers, e-commerce, retail, and entertainment brands is preferred.
