As we scale, we're looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter who can identify and engage top-tier talent in blockchain, crypto, and tech communities, and play a key role in building high-performing, distributed teams.

Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring processes across engineering, product, and design roles. Youll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, source proactively, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across engineering, product, and design domains, with a focus on Web3 talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.

- Engage with candidates through creative outreach, networking, and community engagement (Discord, GitHub, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for every candidate from application to offer stage.

- Maintain and optimize ATS tools and hiring workflows to ensure smooth operations.

- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, etc.) and provide weekly reports.

- Stay up to date with Web3 and tech talent market trends and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.

- Represent the brand at online/offline events, career fairs, hackathons, and industry meetups.

Who You Are

- 25 years of technical recruitment experience in high-growth startups or tech environments.

- Experience hiring for engineering, product, and design roles (bonus points for Web3/crypto knowledge).

- Proficient in using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse), sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AngelList), and Boolean search.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyou can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring teams alike.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed, remote team environment.

- Passion for emerging tech, blockchain, and building great teams from the ground up.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience recruiting in the blockchain/crypto/Web3 space.

- Strong network in the Web3 developer community.

- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
