You should have an eye for the right talent and a successful track record of closing roles within minimum timelines. You should be able to build up a strong recruitment pipeline &amp; should get quick closures. Responsibilities: - Handling entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining &amp; keeping the candidate engaged - Understanding the required skill set from the hiring managers &amp; preparing a compelling job description - Screening the inbound profiles &amp; head hunting the candidates on relevant job portals will be a part of this role - Coordinating with the candidate &amp; various internal stakeholders to schedule the interviews - Representing Cogoport impactful &amp; sharing fascinating information to the candidate to generate the interest - Experimenting with latest trends for sourcing &amp; targeting best tech talent Requirements : - 2+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment with high success ratio - Should possess good negotiation &amp; convincing skills - Ability to understand the requirement &amp; to take ownership to get a quick closure - Should be good in developing relations with the candidate &amp; keeping him engaged by sharing relevant information - Should be able to manage multiple roles at a time efficiently - Should possess strong communication skills
