Sales Operations
Role Overview:
Cogoport is on a look-out for a Sales Operations professional. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our sales tech stack and processes. You'll have the opportunity to work with a high level of autonomy, identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative strategies, and collaborating closely with the sales teams across different regions
Responsibilities:
1. Document, and implement sales compliance processes, policies, and procedures
2. Conduct product training for sales teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the product(s)
3. Allocation of leads and scoring of the leads to various Sales teams
4. Monitoring the Sales productivity. Planning and Forecasting Sales Revenue for all the Sales Channels and monitoring the adherence to Forecasted Revenue
5. Analysis of the Customer behaviour and Market trends and creation of SQL-based dashboards for monitoring the same
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 4-6 years in sales operations, process optimization, or related fields.
Project Manager
2. Analytical(SQL)
3. Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques (Salesforce, Hubspot, CPQ Tools)
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Proficiency in data analysis to drive insights.
6. Skill in identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
7. Ability to lead and drive change within the sales operations.
8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
9. Strong listening and presentation skills
