Cogoport - Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of the portfolio of products and services.

- Lead and develop product roadmaps for all products in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant stakeholders.

- Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services.

- Create, track and measure the product metrics and take action based on the outcomes/results.

- Achieve profitable growth across all product lines at the P and L levels.

- Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the team along with strategic input into the company's business plan.

- Develop and manage budgets and resource requirements.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's from any of the elite engineering colleges and MBA is preferred.

- 2+ years of expertise in product conceptualization and delivery.

- Experience in building B2B/Enterprise/SAAS product solutions.

- Experience in building/scaling a global product with a customer-centric vision.

- Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, and the ability to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability.
