The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CognoWiz's solutions and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate deep understanding of client business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and exceeding expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales strategies.
Project Oversight and Delivery:
- Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with client expectations and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Address any project-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze client data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and technologies to generate reports and dashboards.
- Present data-driven recommendations to clients to optimize their business performance.
- Track and report on account performance metrics.
Travel: Be available to travel for client meetings, presentations, and conferences as required.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, and business development.
- Need a applicant who has their own vendors and clients and who serve their own role
