Complex Customer Billing ( CC&B) - Utilities Consultant

Please find the JD :

- Must have skills: Thorough understanding of complex billing rate structures, rate class, usage type, charge type, usage class, billing determinants, tariff modeling and calculation

- Must have skills: Understand business processes involved in Complex billing starting from Meter read cycle to credit / collection

- Must have skills: End to end implementation experience of complex billing solution (Product based like SAP IS-U/ Oracle CC&B or custom built)

- Good knowledge of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) landscape and system integrations (HES, MDMS, Billing)

- Conduct workshop with business for gathering requirements and to finalize the user stories/use cases

- Build documentations, SOPs and necessary KEDB collaterals

- Present the data findings to business across demos and workshop

- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 analysts to deliver business requirements

- Nice to have skills: BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and query language (sql)
