- Prior experience of at least 4-5 years in Banking and Financial Services
- Presales/Business development experience in BFS BPO is preferred
- Strong domain knowledge across Capital Markets or Banking & Mortgages
- MBA/ Masters in finance or similar degree from Top Tier educational institute
Responsibilities :
- Own and prepare the RFI/RFP response including solution design, capabilities and experience mapping
- End to End Responsibility of handling customer visits, including coordination with all stakeholders
- Support all aspects of pursuit and from kick-off through Bid Submission
- Own RFx deliverables and client meeting presentation collaterals
- Work with onsite sales teams to manage & own/lead responses to customer requests for information, proposals, etc.
- Create collateral and capture regular updates in the knowledge repository to ensure consistency in messaging for an assigned business area (service offering brochures, white papers, presentations)
- Liaison with the delivery teams for preparation presentations
- Create and generate industry reports within defined duration for market intelligence (Trends/Deals)
- Create and publish pipeline reports / opportunity trackers for executive management
- Support management in sales account planning and strategy initiatives for BFS BPO / Geo strategy plans
- Understands the BPO market trends and possess competitive intelligence to effectively contribute in designing solution and target service offerings
- Conduct team walk through sessions on collateral created (3-4 sessions per quarter)
- Strong communication skills
