Cognizant - Research Associate - Entitlement Support

- Entitlement support to the BRAIS-Bloomberg business including on-boarding and off-boarding client access

- Managing client entitlements on the Research and Analytics portal for specific Index publication and data packages

- Generating entitlement metrics, analyzing and presenting data to the various business stakeholders

- Providing support to internal and external clients regarding Index entitlements, access queries and other ad-hoc tasks

Research link-back Entitlement Support :

- Support the roll out of research linkbacks to clients. This will involve trouble shooting registration client queries

- Close interaction with sales, research and other business areas to escalate and resolve client research registration requests

- Work collaboratively with internal support teams regarding linkback related issues

- Raise new enhancements to improve the linkback workflow as the process matures

- Ensure all enquiries are completed within agreed SLAs

- Provide MI reporting on new and failed linkback requests, adhoc management reporting etc.

Person Requirements : Communication - Clear and confident both verbally and in writing

Independent : Ability to work independently on tasks without direct supervision

- Very strong data/analytical and Excel skills to be able to execute data and statistical reporting requests

Technology : Good understanding of our CRM (client relationship management) and research entitlement systems. Ability to learn in-house publishing applications and systems.

Commercial and risk awareness : Understand the commercial and regulatory environment in which we operate and ensure risks are appropriately managed and escalated

Project management : Good project management skills to manage individual's tasks and adhoc projects

Analysis : Ability to think through problems and issues and put forward practical solutions

Time management : Effective time management to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales and deadlines
