Job Responsibilities :
- Understand business context and execute specific financial services client requirements
- Supporting the evolving operational reporting requirements of clients as their operations fabric undergoes transformation through application of operational excellence frameworks and better technologies
- Tactical requirements will include data management, data cleansing, data reconciliation, regular and ad hoc data analysis and reporting for various processes within the client business
- Understand (or can quickly come upto speed) multiple domains within the financial services space (Eg : capital markets IT and ops in both sell/buy sides) and think through the application of analytics in such areas
- Potential to develop problem resolution skills with strong analytical skills, sound judgment and ability to work effectively with clients and technical staff
- Assists in documenting requirement specifications and commitments, and executes assigned project tasks on time and on-specification

Education/ Technical Skills/ Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Overall 5-12 yrs of experience in Reporting (preferably in BFS domain)
- Project management experience
- 2+ years of Team handling experience
- 2 + years of work experience with SQL including running and understanding queries, stored procedures, and modifying them as needed
- 3 + Years of work experience required with Microsoft Access/ VBA programming
- 3 + years of work experience required with database tools like TOAD, Microsoft SQL Server, Access
- 2 + years of call center, banking operations or other financial industry experience preferred
- 2 + years of work experience with reporting tools like Business Objects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
