Professionals having more than 12 years of overall experience with major part in Banking & Financial services pre-sales and business development. The positions are based out of Pune/Chennai, India.

The roles and responsibilities include supporting the sales cycle on an end to end basis

- Thorough understanding of the bid management process and proposal lifecycle – prior experience in handling and managing RFI/RFP responses required

- Participating in and/or leading the RFI/RFP process which includes understanding the RFI / RFP requirements, asking pertinent questions (wherever applicable), contribute to preparing the solution - presenting capabilities, experience, solution creation, pricing and authoring the response

- Ability to meet targets and commitments - responding to RFI / RFPs in a timely manner

- Proactive proposals within the key accounts

- Preparing and maintaining collateral for the delivery and account teams (case studies, brochures, white papers, presentations)

- Carrying out research, reporting trends and new market developments, Identifying potential opportunities for future business

- Close working with different teams within the organization – Account team (onsite), Delivery team, Cognizant Business Consulting, IT IS and others (offshore).

- Building business case studies and engaging on projects/strategic initiatives that build a value proposition for the client Requirements

Skills Required:

- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, email, telephone, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using MS Office.

- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions

- A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities, ability to understand requirements and develop solution in collaboration with different teams

- Attention to detail, self driven and a very hands-on attitude

- Positive attitude and ability to engage with multiple teams and international clients, at the same time work independently and in small teams

Education:

- BE / BTech preferred

- MBA/PGDM from premium 'B' Schools

Experience:

- Experience in working in Business Development / similar roles required, with involvement in handling RFI/RFPs

- Experience in Banking & Financial services will be preferred.

- Onsite experience and / or client-facing experience will be an added advantage.
