Role : Manager - Contracts Projects - Legal Process Outsourcing

Pune location

Important : Experience in delivery of contracts services in the legal outsourcing space is mandatory.

Responsibilities :

The primary responsibilities include :

- Service Delivery Manager, leading delivery for a client engagement delivering legal services in contracts and other service lines. Need to perform all delivery related activities: set up delivery processes, team structure, recruitment, people management, training, quality check, reporting against SLA's internally and to client, client management.

- Have in depth knowledge and expertise in contracts to be able to deliver client processes e.g. Leases - residential & commercial, Conveyancing, IT Procurement Agreements, Web Hosting Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Software and Data License Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Services Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Purchase and License Agreements, Supply and Distribution Agreements, Staffing, Consulting and Teaming Agreements, Lease Agreements, and other commercial contracts.

- Contribute towards the creation of project playbooks, abstraction terms, training manuals and other knowledge tools to successfully meet client expectations

- Have experience in process mapping, process streamlining, redesigning delivery processes, creating transition plans.

- (Preferred) experience in doing transitions.

- (Preferred) green belt

- Responsible for high quality delivery to client and for escalation management

- Will be responsible for growth of revenue and maintaining current revenue in the account

- Will have G&O's around team management, training, quality, SLA management, new initiatives, process streamlining and cost saving, P&L management

- Manage the team, mentor and Conduct training in the client processes

- Provide professional, timely, and prompt service and responses to the team so that they can support the client

- Confirm to deadlines on client deliverables without delays, escalate client issues promptly and appropriately.

Experience/Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in an LPO as a delivery lead in the contracts area, law firm or internal corporate legal team (experience in a multinational company preferred)

- Very skilled in drafting & reviewing contracts

- Familiarity with contract management systems

- Familiarity with consulting, information technology services and client solutions

Skills :

- Delivery Leader

- Ability to draft and close commercial agreements with minimal support

- Strong team management and organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment

- Demonstrated ability to think and decide quickly, and to communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education : Law graduate from a reputed law school
