Cognizant - Energy Trading & Risk Management

- Must have 7+ years of Experience in consulting/business analysis e.g. process definition, process improvement, requirement gathering, functional specification development

- Must have 5+ years of Experience in an energy/commodity trading context either in a commodity trading firm or in an IT company

- Must have 5+ years- Experience in non-AVM, non-testing programmes e.g. transformation, package implementation, custom application development, pure consulting engagements

- Must have 5+ years- experience in Strong client facing experience - working in a role visible to the customer (lead consultant/BA, onsite etc.)

- Must have Strong academic background, from Tier 1 institutions - Bachelors + MBA / MS

- Nice to have 5+ years- Experience of building or working in a practice

- Nice to have 2+ Experience in functional solutioning - working in transformation programmes with ownership of requirements

- Nice to have SME experience - responsibility for domain training, participation in industry forums/conference, author of whitepapers/POVs
