Designation : DGM - Domain Training - Quality
Location : Hyderabad/Mumbai
Experience : 12-15 years of relevant experience in medical scribing, at least 3 years of experience directly training individuals & at least 7 years of experience transactional quality management & coaching.
Summary : The DGM Domain Training-Quality lead manages all domain and process training & quality needs of the account. Individuals in this role are also responsible for designing and executing Domain based learning, certifications, and career paths
Educational Qualification : MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, Nursing, Pharmacy graduate or any allied medical/paramedical or life sciences degree
Required Skills :
- 12-15 years of experience in the medical scribing or allied medical fields
- At least 3 years of experience directly training individuals.
- At least 7 years of experience transactional quality management & coaching.
- People management and/or project management experience is a must
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a challenging space within a multifaceted team where cross-pollination and interaction is key
- Good communication skills
- Open to work in night shifts (Eastern Time Zone)
- Willing to work from office
Preferred Skills :
- Experience or training in the medical specialty of Oncology, Orthopaedics, Neurology, ENT, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, GI, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Family Medicine, Pain Medicine, Nephrology, or Urology, necessary for proper coaching.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems (Like EPIC/ CERNER)

Key Result Areas :
- Ensure consistency and hygiene of Training and documentation process
- Contribute to thought leadership in domain area
- Increase domain and process knowledge related initiatives on the floor to create an impact for the Client and the Business
- Drive organizational career architect frameworks, facilitate building of competency-based learnings and assessments internally or from external vendor expertise.
- Build internal or pursue external domain certifications for staff based on need
- Support solution building for new deals, RFPs, RFIs etc.
- Support training compliance and readiness for client audits and inspections.
- Work with Operations team to understand and build innovative platform based learning tools/solutions
- Lead client conversations on accuracy and SLA compliance, ensure effective coaching and feedback, audit sampling, and other TQ methodologies are adequately designed and implemented.
- Ensure compliance of all quality control documentation, document change activities and record retention requirements.
- Mentor the team in remediation of high impact errors, root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to rationalize QA effort, and automation of QA activities.
- Champion ongoing Process improvement and Organizational initiatives concerning training
- Plan and Manage timelines for assigned projects for self and team.
- Responsible for performance management of team through goal setting and periodic reviews
- Participate in self-improvement training workshops.
- Ensure teams compliance to organizational policies and procedures
- Manage employee retention
- Contribute to Recruitment activities
NOTE: Associates need to work from office and in the US shift.
