Job Description :

- Over 6/7+ years- experience in IT consulting and business analysis.

- Must have: Majority of experience should be in commodities trading context (energy, metals, concentrates).

Domain : Oil, concentrates, agri, refined metals, products trading, trm, risk management.

- Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and specialization in front office functions of Commodity Trading landscape - deal capture, deal pricing, Hedging, PnL, Valuation, the close of business, Derivatives, trade capture, commodity contracts, deal pricing, P&L, Hedging, Order Management.

- Experience in Agile, Story Writing, Business Analysis - process definition, requirements gathering.

- Experience in one or more of the following contexts, software product development, agile, business and technology transformation.

- Extensive experience and strong skills in process definition, business requirements gathering, functional design, story writing.

- Demonstrated ability in planning consulting/functional work, managing stakeholders.

- Strong foundational skills - communication, stakeholder management, forward planning; should have had ownership for project outcomes.
