Experience : 5 to 13 yrs
- Solid understanding and experience in change management discipline and methodology.
- Drive organizational alignment across various stakeholder's groups (leadership, business champions, change agents, Corp. Functions, etc.) through a variety of change enablement and engagement activities.
- Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and strategize the communications and training strategies.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessment (CIA) to identify, engage and manage stakeholders, monitor adoption, and manage resistance
- Measure program success and provide recommendations by assessing program adoption 30-60-90 days- post deployment
