Business Analyst - Pune ( Techno Functional - Banking)

We are looking for Business Analysts with the below skills:

Mandatory :

- Hands on experience as a BA with implementing and designing functional solutions in a financial institution

- Knowledge of and experience with Change delivery (intake, impact analysis, configuration, testing);

- Banking products knowledge

- Working knowledge on Regulatory Reporting (COREP / FINREP)

- Hands on experience with SQL

- Affinity towards Data Model / Database/ Data Mapping

- Knowhow of Agile way of working

- Excellent Communication skills, written communication and power to convince

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Very strong team player; pro-active, ability to connect, positive mind-set, flexibility, focused on cooperation and sharing knowledge

Desired :

- Knowledge of and experience with any Granular reporting RRE / CRE / AnaCredit / SHS/ XBRL

- Data management and analysing large data sets and data quality.

- Sourcing, classifying & onboarding data for Finance and Risk
