Job Description:

The Axon BA is a core member of the data governance and data quality team, performing various Axon activities. This person will be the liaison between the Business, IT, Data Governance, and Axon teams.

Work closely with the Business and Data Governance team to understand the business requirements, and prepare business requirements, functional requirements and use cases.

- Create relevant and compelling Use Cases for Axon and pitch them to Business teams.

- Prepare business glossaries, data dictionaries, policy and process details, business rules, and business process workflows, and populate Axon templates.

- Perform extensive functionality testing of Axon, including integration between EDC and IDQ.

Qualification & Skill -

- Minimum of 1 year of Informatica Axon experience in a professional environment

- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst.

- Knowledge of data governance, data quality analysis, and/or master data management.

- Proficient in configuring and designing Axon functionality, including workflows, systems, data sets, data quality rules, etc.

- Experience in preparing clear yet compelling and realistic Use Cases relevant to the business and presenting them to senior-level people.

- Good understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts.
