BFS Domain Experience in Product /BA roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong product & project management skills
- Experience with requirements: elicitation, gathering, documentation and management
- Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Knowledge of SQL Queries
Roles and responsibilities:- Create, maintain, and "own" the product backlog
- Translate high-level Business requirements into product features, epics and user stories; prioritize in the product backlog for selection for sprint backlog
- Is the primary interface to the Feature Team and is responsible to provide team with user stories and help the team define the business driven test cases
- Prioritize the backlog according to business value and stakeholder input
- Identify product release content and timeline
- Convey the vision and goal at the beginning of every release and sprint to Development Teams
- Represent the customer to the team, answer questions, and provide direction
- Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements
- Participate in the planning meetings, reviews (demo) and retrospective meetings
- Coordinate with other Domain Product Teams/SE to coordinate release planning for cross-product initiatives.
- Executes responsibilities with an understanding of the product vision, strategic objectives, and priorities
- Prioritizes stories in the product backlog for a specific team, according to business value
- Is subject matter expert (SME) in specific functional area(s) for assigned Feature team
- Is the primary interface to the Feature Team and is responsible to provide team with user stories and help the team define the business driven test cases
- Accepts or rejects product development results from a team
- Identifies and prepares materials for and, as needed, delivers internal training for new features
