We are looking for Presales experience in Infrastructure (ITIS) background with MBA degree.   Designation: Business analyst / Sr. Business Analyst  Experience : Pricing & Bid management   Horizontal: ITIS (Infrastructure).   Please apply if you have experience in Infrastructure with MBA (FT) Degree.   JD as follows:   I. Position Summary   - Individual contributor/ bid owner/ manager for small, mid size RFPs, RFIs and other presales activities   II. Key Result Areas   - Contribute to the opportunity management process and pre-sales activities   - Collate and deliver high quality response in line with customer requirements and timelines   - Contribute to solution innovation, value proposition and win themes   - Develop reusable content by capturing IT IS services capabilities, differentiators and other artefacts   - Create Error-Free Pricing Models   - Plan and Coordinate with multiple stake holders for a timely response to meet the customer requirements   III. Typical Responsibilities   Business/ Customer Perspective   - Act as SPOC for all assigned BD tasks   - Participate in meetings with internal/external stakeholders and Vertical teams   - Understand client requirements (RFP/ RFI),identify missing information and prepare questionnaire to gather additional information   - Work with TSCG/ Soln. Architect/ Sr. BD Analyst on building the response to the RFP/ RFI/ proposal   - Assist Soln. Architect/ Sr. BD Analyst/ BD Lead in detailing and articulation of solutions (response to RFPs/ RFIs/ unsolicited bids, etc) and ensure completeness and quality of response   - Work on pricing models and profitability sheets (under guidance of Sr. BD Analyst/ Soln. Architect/ Finance team if needed)   - Create customer presentations and provide support in overall opportunity management.   Project / Process Perspective   - Adhere to the defined BD Processes   - Contribute to key initiatives in the practice which include Creation of reusable artefacts like case studies, capability decks and other collaterals.   - Update knowledge repository regularly and ensure Business Development artefacts are up to date   - Discuss and provide inputs to Senior Business / Solution Architects for win themes, SWOT , Win Loss Analysis etc.   - Manage the logistics and co-ordinate activities for the RFP/ RFI responses and client visit/ presentations   People / Team Perspective   - Participate in Knowledge Sharing Session   - Conduct business development process related trainings for IT IS internal teams   - Attend relevant training programmes and update GSC team on trends in BD – proposal writing, etc.   IV. Degree of Independence/Supervision required   - Independently work on developing the pricing model   - Work with the Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect to develop the solution related documents   Job Location: Bangalore   Domain: Infrastructure
