Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Asset and Work Management Consultant with a background in the Utility sector or Utilities domain consulting within IT services/consulting companies.

- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of leading work and asset management products such as Maximo, CGI ARM, Salesforce FSL, etc. Additionally, they should demonstrate expertise in Asset and Work Management principles including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Incident Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Labor Management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize strong documentation skills to create various documents including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, requirement traceability matrices, and customer journeys.

2. Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

3. Facilitate meetings and workshops with both business and technical team members, leveraging excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.

4. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to shaping innovative ideas and opinions for practice thought leadership.

6. Apply knowledge and experience of agile methodologies to project delivery where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Utility sector or Utilities domain consulting within IT services/consulting companies.

- Thorough functional understanding of leading work and asset management products (e.g., Maximo, CGI ARM, Salesforce FSL, etc.).

- Proficiency in Asset and Work Management principles including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Incident Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Labor Management.

- Expertise in documentation with the ability to create various documents including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, requirement traceability matrices, and customer journeys.

- Demonstrated experience in process mapping and gap analysis.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and facilitate meetings/workshops with both business and technical team members.

- Strong customer engagement and management skills.

- Ability to research industry trends and contribute to shaping innovative ideas and opinions.

- Knowledge/experience of agile methodologies of project delivery is a plus.
