BUSINESS LEADERSHIP:

- Setting up a long-term vision for the organization

- Shaping, incubating, launch and driving new businesses/ ventures

SALES & PRESALES:

- To lay the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process.

- Experience in penetrating into customer needs and ensure converting them to potential sales.

- Possess in-depth technical knowledge and closely work with Sales team to provide Product, Business and Technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.

- Building sales organization, hiring, mentoring, and delivering results

- Developing and executing sales and partnership models

MARKETING:

- Setting up marketing organization and developing internal and external capabilities

- Driving conventional digital and unconventional digital marketing initiatives

- Marketing through conferences, clinical engagements, seminars, and various other off-line initiatives

- Segmentation, targeting, positioning, and new product/ services launch

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

- Building business ecosystem by identifying and forging strategic partnerships/ in-house capacity development.

MARKETING DEVELOPMENT:

Creating and executing business opportunities in -

- Other geographies and different accounts

- Different market segments

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

- Support product development team and IT development teams in the development of market-centric platforms.

STRATEGY

- Developing, owning, and executing the overall business plan

- Representing business in various forums e.g. public forums, board meetings, senior management business reviews, etc.

A 'reinforced learner' (better than RL networks) who has been trained on technology sales dataset and has dealt with outlier sales and marketing experiences. An Adversarial thinker(better than GAN networks) who can generate relevant leads, opportunities, partnerships, and conversions with relatively low monitoring and nil hand-holding. A one-shot learner, who can learn on the go and apply what is learned with very low overhead. A spatially agnostic person who can travel( better than any spatial network out there). A deep networked person who has good command over (any of )Retail, Manufacturing domains. An un-supervised learner who can cross over to other domains as well.

Enough of deep learning network correlations(extra credits for those who have found the right references), the role will lead the show for our sales and marketing and will be going to man for all of our exciting technology commercialisations and building partnerships.
