Cogniphi - Chief Operating Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

- Responsible for Project Deliveries, Business Development & P&L.

- Plan, design and implement business strategies and procedures.

- Set goals for performance and growth based on the objectives.

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics along with KRA KPI's.

- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Candidate Preference :

- Proven experience with IT / software development companies & business.

- Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role

- Understanding of business functions such Finance, Operations & HR.

- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

- Working knowledge of software development and deliverables.

- Hands-on exposure to performance/operation metrics.

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
