CogNext - Operational Risk Role - BFSI Sector

The job would involve the following (but not restricted to):

- Operational risk Consulting/ Advisory.

- To implement the Operational Risk Management Framework in order to identify risks associated with people processes and systems and put in place mitigating controls to reduce the risks.

- Implementation of Operational risk policies & framework documents.

- Reporting of RCSA results KRI and Loss data to the Risk Management committee and to the Board.

- Enforce operational risk management standards and processes for the execution of the operational risk programs such as Self Assessments.

- Manage and collaborate with other stakeholders to increase awareness of operational risk and to undertake risk mitigation measures.

- Review the risk and control assessment on a periodical basis with the objective of continuous improvement and identification of the new risk from time to time.

- To monitor the risk profile of the organization and report periodically to the management

Essential:

- Operational Risk domain experience & expertize in BFSI sector.

- Candidate must be from Banks and NBFCs.

- Candidate must possess good communication skills.

- Candidate should have good analytical & Interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management skills and tolerance for ambiguity.

- Work experience in Basel II / III / IV in Operational risk domain.

- Project management and liaison skills and Stakeholder management skills.

Qualification : Business Management Post Graduate, preferably in Finance specialization (MBA or equivalent)
