Job Description
The job would involve the following (but not restricted to):
- Risk Management systems/ solutions - Product / Application development support
- Understanding client requirements, preparing the Business requirement document and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product development.
- Project management of complete project cycle
- Internal & external stakeholders management
- Ensuring smooth implementation of Risk frameworks & proprietary software
- Troubleshooting and coordination skills to ensure resolution of issues
Essential:
- Hands-on experience in either IFRS 9, Basel II / III, Credit rating models
- Experience in development & implementation of risk management products/ solutions/ systems (full SDLC)
- Good understanding of software systems
- Project management and liaison skills / Stakeholder management
- Prowess towards preparing Business Requirement Specifications, Data
Specifications, and senior management presentations
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in BFSI organizations
- Certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRM
- Experience of working in a Fintech or product based company
Qualifications and Experience
- Business Management Post Graduate, preferably in Finance specialization (MBA or equivalent) with graduation in Engineering (Computers/ IT/ Software/ Hardware)
- At-least 2-6 years of relevant work experience
