- Drive Change management initiatives

Talent Management:

- Develop retention strategies to curb attrition

- Manage Performance management process and conduct regular reviews.

- Identify training needs and develop employee development programs.

- Lead succession and growth initiatives

Employee Engagement and Culture:

- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

- Implement employee engagement programs and conduct satisfaction surveys.

- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Develop and manage competitive compensation structures.

- Oversee benefits administration and ensure packages meet employee needs.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.

- Lead payroll initiatives

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies related to HR.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar strategic HR role.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and statuary compliances.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
