- Selling a real-time market data terminal to banks, mutual funds, insurance companies (BFSI) with an individual sales target.
- People who have sold to banks, banking sector, involved into C-level interaction, meeting the CFO's, Finance heads, Finance directors would be eligible.
- The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in BFSI, Institutional, or Corporate sales in financial services. Candidates who have sold information products or to treasury departments in the BFSI segment will be preferred.
- Must have relationships in the higher echelons of treasury department of banks and corporate sector, asset management companies, insurance companies, PE and VC Funds.
- Identify and develop relationships and successfully deliver sales in a demanding environment.
- Identify & develop leads from new and existing accounts.
- The candidate must have a deep understanding of the foreign exchange, bond, and money market.
- The candidate must understand the data and information needs of potential users in the BFSI segment and should be able to use product knowledge to meet customer needs and close deals.
- Candidates with a working knowledge of real-time market data terminals such as Cogencis, Bloomberg, Reuters or working knowledge of database products such as CMIE, Capital Line, and Capital IQ will be preferred.
