Customer management : Pre and Post-sales

- Product Presentation and in-depth demo of various modules at client premises

- Active involvement in protecting existing revenue streams.

- Regular customer visit and interaction with client.

- Proactively engage, train and guide customers for increased usage of the product.

- Active involvement in value chain and seek feedback from client to improve the services and help in product development.

- Maintain MIS of all the activities and timely submission to the management.
