- Accountable for achieving business target of the branch.
- Coordinating, monitoring and reviewing the sales efforts of the team.
- Conducting regular reviews with the team to assess their performance & devise an action plan for future growth.
- Daily coordination with the team for formulating action plan, sharing market information and assessing performance as compared to the targets given on a monthly basis.
- Driving new client acquisition efforts, by interacting & developing rapport with clients in order to achieve maximum client retention and branch target.
- Executing branch level strategies and plans.
- Customer acquisition & retention and managing customer grievances.
- Responsible for managing branch operations with proper monitoring and control along with maintaining high level of process & compliance
- Analyzing & comparing the branch performance against benchmark.
- Ensuring high quality of service and customer relationship management.
- Managing the finances of the branch.
- Grooming, development and retention of team members.
- Generate need-based financial performance MIS & other reports for submission to the management.
- Ensuring that all employees are fully compliant with the Code of Conduct of the company.
