Job Summary:

We are looking for a technical co-founder who has their interests vested in the startup's growth , business vision and who will help in building a product from scratch. This individual brings the technical skills required in building, launching, monitoring, and scaling the product. They handle the tech teams, take care of the development process, select the right technology, and even manage the complete set-up of IT infrastructure for the development of the product.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Provide strategic technical guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. Collaborate with other co-founders to define and execute the technology roadmap.

2.Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the design, development, and testing of our software platform.

3.Mentor, and manage a team of talented engineers and developers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technical team.

4.Evaluate and select the appropriate technology stack and tools that align with our business needs, scalability, and future growth plans.

5.Design a robust and scalable architecture that supports our current and future needs. Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of our systems.

6.Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes. Lead the implementation of automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

7.Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to leverage their expertise and integrate their solutions into our platform when necessary.

8.keep abreast of the latest technology trends, advancements, and industry best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance our products and services.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience as a tech leader, technical co-founder, or in a similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Strong expertise in software development, architecture, and coding languages relevant to our technology stack.

- Experience in building and scaling complex web and mobile applications.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.

- Experience in managing, and mentoring technical teams.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical decisions with strategic objectives.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
