Cofounder/CTO - Technology & Product Development - Franchising & Services Startup

CTO (For a start-up in the hyper local services space with Franchising as the growth model )

- We are a very young start-up building a venture in the hyper local space (non grocery business). In collaboration with systems and processes from an American company, which is the largest company in this space globally, we would be establishing proper brick and mortar stores initially in Delhi and then in other parts of the country.

- We would be achieving growth and scales through the franchising model and already have some investors ready to participate as franchisees

- Looking for Co-founders for Technology and Product Development - Look forward to meet and discuss

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Need to own and develop the products from scratch : While the model is based around proper offline stores, there will be a huge online component as well given that a lot of customers will be locating the stores online. We would want to develop a seamless offline-online interface which will ensure maximum occupancy and efficiency for our stores.

- End to end responsibility for the product from technology selection to architecture, design and delivery as per agreed timelines.

- Super strong analytical skills to understand the business, analyze and develop tech solutions in-line with the analysis

Product Management :

- Development of mobile apps - both B2B app for franchises and B2C app for customer

- Past track record of Designing and developing of web and mobile based product / e-com site etc

- You would be the first member of the tech team. You would have to build the initial systems single-handed from scratch. Responsible for operation and technical development of web portal / mobile app / CRM single handedly & later on with a team.

- Experience in technology migration to latest stack

What we want :

- 3 - 6 years of solid experience building impeccable technology based products and apps.

- Amazing coding skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Advanced level skills framework design and back-end technologies (PHP, NodeJs, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, cloud programs and server tech

- Sound understanding of app development frameworks (iOS & Android)

- Previous responsibility for web and mobile platforms, communication platforms, data warehouses, billing and payment platforms, recommendation engines, experimentation platforms etc.
