Cofounder/Chief Technology Officer - Startup - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT

We are building a technology company that will propel India to seamlessly transition to Electric Mobility.

We are a funded early stage Startup. Looking for a Tech Co-founder with 6-12 years of hands-on experience in building technology platforms from scratch.

About the product: We are building a scalable, full-stack business model solving for reliable & affordable every day charging solutions for Electric Vehicles.

We will launch the MVP in July- 21

Qualification : UG/PG from IITs/IIITs/ BITS/NITs or an A level institute. While pedigree is important, it is not a deal breaker and will go hand in hand with skills, experience, and vision.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Work with the Co Founder in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform

- Recruit, hire & lead the technology team

- Take complete ownership of product & brainstorm to ideate that which we can execute over time

- Establish the company's technical vision and own all aspects of the company's technical development with focus on Android, Backend, ML, AI, and Big Data

- Help in building a great place to work, which is a lot of fun & develops great team spirit

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Experience:

- 7+ years of relevant work experience in product development or technology

- Well-versed and experienced within consumer technology companies

Hard Skills:

- Must have knowledge of building native applications for Android and Web

- Establish the company's technical vision & lead all aspects of the company's technological development with focus on backend development, mobile application development, ML, AI, and Big Data

- Should have strong Project Management skills

Compensation:

- Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form of pure equity for the first year. We are expected to be cash-rich within a year and will be able to draw market salaries post that
