- Build & maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities and expectations.

- Conduct in - depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience & cultural fit.

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation & onboarding.

- Develop & implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices in talent acquisition & leadership hiring

- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive search & leadership hiring.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting & hiring senior - level leaders across various industries.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels & recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn recruiter, applicant tracking systems & job boards).
