Designation: Area Sales Manager (Anywhere in the West) (Coffee Day Beverages-Vending Division)

Reporting to: Branch Head

Responsibilities:

- Will be leading business for the assigned segment for allocated branch including B2B sales & distributors management.

- Responsible to lead team for either of the assignment segment -SME, Retail & Institutional-Direct clients

- Distribution and Channel Management to meet assigned targets of Primary & Secondary billing

- Sales forecasting and Budgeting and managing sales outflow

- Will be responsible for overall growth of segment & team.

- Process and customer orientation

- Ensures smooth interaction with support functions and further integration with sales team.

- Competitor analysis and Market Intelligence.

- Distribution management and managing statutory compliances

- Ensure the SOPs are followed throughout the segment.

- Integrity and cost consciousness

- Minimize machine pull-outs and maximize revenue from existing accounts

- Conceptualize and implement strategies for alternate sales channels

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM - Marketing/Sales

- An overall 3-7 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and

- Team handling.

- Strong exposure to both B2B sales & distributor/ channel sales management will be an added advantage.

- Excellent team management skills

- Strong negotiation skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent communication & influencing and negotiation skills

- Financial awareness - Ability to strategize & analyse reports

- Sales & Business Development orientation

- Good Leadership and Team management skills
