Position- COE Specialist- Human Resource TA/PP/L&D/EE/COE
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitments
- Involves Talent Strategy, Career Planning, COE
Talent Management & Development :
- Handling employee life cycle from hire to retire in close collaboration with HRSS and TA Partner.
- Partner closely with multiple business stakeholders to ensure effective business delivery by
- providing tactical HR solutions pertaining to manpower planning & staffing, engagement & motivation and capability development.
- Managing end to end learning life cycle i.e. Build and implement the L & D strategy, in the domains of people's Capability building, Skills mapping, L&D, Talent Acquisition,
- Talent Management
- Employee Engagement and Performance management,
- Organization design to support business growth
- Implement talent management agenda and practices for the business unit in line with established practices
Qualification- MBA
