COE Manager - Enterprise Architect

Urgently looking for. CoE Manager position is responsible for managing a highly technical team of architects, database specialists, and SCM staff focused on product development.

- This position will lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position's role is to manage the technology specialists to create innovative solutions to real market problems.

- He or she will work closely with Enterprise Architect, Agile Directors, Software Architects, and software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.

Experience:

- Requires a 10 years- experience in writing Windows programs using a major OOP Windows programming language (such as Visual C++, C#, with C# strongly preferred).

- 5+ years of .NET experience. 5+ years of experience with OOA/D methodologies, database programming using SQL with SQL Server. 5+ years experience with multi-tier programming.

- Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum. Prior experience managing technical teams is required.
