COE Lead - Robotic Process Automation Capability

The Automation Capability Lead would drive the end to end delivery of RPA engagement within RPA Factory. He would be the managing client relationships and RPA vendors. Define and develop the strategies and enforce them for given industries, geographies or globally. He would be the bridge between ACN RPA team and the client/ vendor team at high level. He would lead the regular connect at delivery and leadership level. He would be expected to work in a matrix organization working with technical resources, Business Analysts, leadership, customers and Business Excellence teams.

Responsibilities include, but may not be restricted to:

- Lead Solution/Technical Design portfolio and end-to-end engagement of all Robotics Process Automation functions.

- Lead and deliver RPA roadmaps, Blueprints, Deployment of all solutions including Support and Maintenance.

- Collaborate with Business and Vendor teams to redefine the process and identify opportunities for Automation.

- Lead teams assigned to RPA IT projects including FTEs, and vendor resources

- Collaborate with IT Business corporate functions and business teams, and provide technical advice as necessary

- Govern all RPA Build and Run engagements with IT, Business stakeholders, and Vendor Leads

- Deliver projects within cost and time budgets

- Provide technical assistance to teams with a bias for problem solving and finding solutions

- Build and Mentor team of RPA technologists, and groom them to evolve as technical-functional SMEs

- Design, approve and maintain RPA IT standards with existing standards

- Lead initiative to build re-useable scripts, assets that can be used across RPA projects, and can be leveraged with least effort to other RPA tools

- Facilitate trainings and product familiarization sessions as needed

- Collaborate with Agile Methods, DevOps and Enterprise Architecture teams to achieve precision in RPA program delivery

- Share industry best practices. Continuously explore new tools, engage with product vendors on product roadmaps and PoCs, and evaluate their technology's relevance / effectiveness.
