One of our clients in the manufacturing sector is looking at a COE Lead for one of their verticals (PMS /Talent Management / Employee Engagement / Rewards).
The expertise expected out of this profile will be a Relevant, Deep, and Unique expertise of:
- Ability to impact the organization by shaping its business vision and technology roadmap, and/or by helping the organization fill the skill gap/market gap to achieve the vision.
Accordingly the position will be involved in :
- Providing thought leadership and direction
- Establishing and promoting best practices
- Performing other similar functions in specific focus areas considered critical to the success of the overall organization or practice that this CoE supports
