Responsibilities and Key Deliverables :
- Design Role Based Learning Paths in Partnership with Business HR and Business Leaders to contribute to Business Strategy (generic, CoE specific etc.)
- Developing leadership at multiple levels (through Balanced Leadership Quotient Framework)
- Responsible for developing/supporting and driving the Digital University formation
- Responsible for development of key talent as per the Talent Management Strategy
- Partnering with the OD team to cater to all development needs arising out of any OD intervention
- Create a Roadmap for Functional Competency Development liasioning with Leadership University, Line HR , COE teams to arrive at World Class Solutions
- Drive Business Interventions to drive change and build Capability
- Building Coaching and Mentoring Culture in the Organisation
- Identifying learning needs through various sources including scanning the external market for understanding new technologies relevant to achieving strategy
- Leveraging the LMS platform to integrate training and functional learning
- Identifying and developing internal SME's as trainer's for various functional programs
- Measuring the effectiveness of various functional and behavioural interventions using effectiveness models
Qualifications :
- MBA in HR
- Certified in Instructional Design Principles
- Suitable specialization / certifications in L and D will be preferred
