Job Description :
We seek a seasoned marketing professional who has led Marketing operations and strategy for IT Services and Digital Transformation companies.
The individual will have to work with our content and marketing team and help us build brand awareness.
At the same time, work closely with our Head of Sales to achieve organizational KPIs.
We are looking for a passionate individual with aspirations to go beyond the conventional way of marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and culture.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, recruitment, and sales teams, to define and promote our employer value proposition (EVP).
- Build and lead the marketing team in delivering high-quality employer branding campaigns.
- Develop campaigns and content that highlight the company's culture, values, and employee experiences to attract top talent.
- Manage and optimize our presence on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other employer branding channels to build credibility and trust.
- Engage with employees to source testimonials, stories, and reviews for branding purposes.
- Drive internal campaigns to encourage employee advocacy and participation in employer branding efforts.
- Oversee inbound lead generation strategies to attract top candidates for key roles.
- Leverage underutilized marketing mediums such as newsletters, blogs, and videos to showcase the company as an employer of choice.
- Monitor current social media trends and adjust strategies to engage prospective candidates effectively.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external platforms.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and demonstrate ROI on employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with recruitment teams to plan and execute hiring events, webinars, and workshops that attract top talent.
- Coordinate with leadership and team members to gather feedback for improving employee experience and branding strategies.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling storytelling and engaging marketing materials.
You should have:
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign management, particularly for talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging social media and other platforms for employer branding.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Experience creating and tracking KPIs and dashboards to measure marketing performance.
- Expertise in storytelling and content development for brand positioning.
