The professional should be able to create and execute the strategy to run the performance marketing campaigns & sales promotion on digital channels to drive traffic on the website and get demos booked, which helps in achieving monthly sales targets. Additionally, the person should also be able to run independent SEO efforts to drive more visitors to the website.

Description :

- Assist & create the strategy to run the performance marketing campaigns & sales promotion on digital world to drive traffic on website, which helps in achieving monthly sales target

- Take targets for CPL and CAC and try to figure out the best campaign strategy across digital media and countries while ensuring the volume targets of leads are being met

- Constantly experiment with new creative types, new campaign types and audiences to lower the CPL while delivering the volume - work with the internal designers and creative team to launch new creatives regularly based on campaign results

- Maintain strong analytics and reporting around the performance of the campaigns and weekly present the same along with suggested action items

- Identify campaigns performance on google analytics and enhance it to increase the ROAS to achieve monthly targets

- Undertake relevant SEO initiatives to drive more traffic onto the website (Technical, Onsite and Off page initiatives)

- Manage relationship with the account managers of Facebook, Google and ensure incorporation of latest strategies and hacks in consultation with them

- Keep themselves updated with latest changes in performance marketing and SEO and keep scouting for new ideas for driving more traffic onto the website.

Qualification:

- Strong passion for digital. Minimum experience of 5 years managing performance marketing campaigns - either as part of an agency or with B2C startups/MNCs

- Experience with handling budgets in excess of 50L per month. Experience handling campaigns for international markets

- Strong interpersonal/communication skills

- Understanding of digital media landscape especially facebook and google

- Well-rounded marketing experience essentials across brand, digital, product and communications

- Ability to manage and/or collaborate with internal and external cross functional groups

- Prior experience of working in a fast paced environment
