Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning of supply side based on the estimated demand
- Forecast, manage and recruit teaching talent adhering to strict quality guidelines
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and training of teachers at Codeyoung
- Manage ongoing quality audit of the classes and provide appropriate feedback to ensure superior learning experience in the classes
- Forging long term relationships with mentors & gurus to ensure they have a long term association
- Collaborating with Operations, Technology and SMEs on process planning, system design and solutions/initiatives to enable long-term success in mentor/guru management.
- Find and share exemplary instructional materials to guide the mentors
- Work with Professional Learning Communities, leaders to help build a strong mentor community.
- Develop and manage all aspects of community relationships with course mentors and serve as the main point of contact
- Engage the community of mentors in online community platforms and in online and in-person events.
- Strategize about how to grow communities to meet mentor needs, in accordance with a deep understanding of their backgrounds, goals, and degree experience
- Communicate project developments and draft strategic recommendations on a regular basis
- Collaborate with product and learning experts to iterate on our mentor experience to improve engagement and progress
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as Supply side Manager, Operations Manager or Business Analyst in a client-facing role
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A people's person with outstanding communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in collaboration with other teams
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- A strong team player who enjoys collaborating, asking for help when necessary, and getting things done without an ego
- Degree from a Tier I college or with relevant startup experience
