Partnerships & Community Growth Manager (US Market)

Codeyoung is a fast-growing ed-tech company offering live 1:1 coding and academic classes to kids aged 5-17. With a strong presence in the US and Canada, we are on a mission to empower kids with future-ready skills like coding, AI, math, english and problem-solving.
We're now looking for a driven, creative, and relationship-focused growth leader to help us expand our partnership ecosystem in the US market, virtually from India.
Role Overview:
As the Partnerships & Community Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling outreach partnerships across key strategic categories such as:
- Schools and PTAs
- Homeschooling networks & co-ops
- Corporate HR/employee benefit teams (for employee-parent programs)
- NRI parent communities in the US
- Mom influencers, bloggers, and parent networks
- Educational influencers, YouTubers, and micro-creators
- Your work will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, driving trial class sign-ups, and unlocking new low-CAC acquisition channels for Codeyoung.
Work Schedule Requirement: This role requires working during US hours to effectively engage with partners and prospects in real time.
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Night Shift). The specific window within this shift can be finalized based on mutual alignment and work requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development & Outreach : Identify and maintain a pipeline of potential partners across all target categories
- Build and execute virtual outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, DMs, and niche platforms
- Personalize pitches and partnership proposals to different audience types (schools vs. influencers vs. NRI networks)
- Secure & manage ongoing partnerships with key stakeholders (school admins, PTA heads, HR teams, influencers)
- Campaign & Activation Management: Design and launch co-branded activities (e.g. free workshops, parent webinars, referral programs)
- Coordinate virtual sessions or onboarding activities for homeschool co-ops and community groups
- Track and optimize engagement & performance of each partnership
- Content & Collateral Creation (with support from design team)
- Draft outreach messages, partnership proposals, and email templates
- Collaborate with marketing/design to create decks, flyers, and digital kits for partner engagement
- Reporting & Growth Analytics :Maintain dashboards for tracking outreach, conversion rates, partner engagement
- Share weekly progress with the growth leadership team and suggest optimizations
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, growth, influencer marketing, or B2B outreach roles (ed-tech experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication - able to craft persuasive emails and pitches
- Comfortable working independently and proactively during US time zones (6 PM - 6 AM IST)
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Canva, Notion, HubSpot, Mailshake, etc.
- Prior experience working with international audiences (especially US-based) is highly preferred
- Self-starter, organized, and outcome-driven - you'll own outreach end-to-end
