Objective: To ensure strategy, implementation, compliance and value creation for strategic procurement of capex and MRO items of HCCB Title: National Manager - Capex & MRO Function: Strategic Procurement Work Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: - Create, maintain and upgrade all process related to the Strategic Procurement of Capex and MRO items. - Manage optimal vendor base for strategic advantage to organisation requirements - For High value line and process Capex Items work in alignment with BIG and CEPG to derive best long-term value. - Responsible for all Greenfield and Brownfield capacity expansion projects and complete life cycle. - Stay abreast and amalgamate global technology and supplier base in beverage industry. - Maximise TCO and cash flow benefits to organisation and regular cost optimisation. - Proactively collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to lead contract negotiation with suppliers; develop negotiation approaches, fallback positions and acceptable terms and conditions through contract completion and identify key benchmarks to measure contractual arrangements - Develop and maintain category strategies to meet business objectives (e.g. best cost, quality, service, resilience.) - Support lead period-based negotiation strategy with focus on end commercialisation. - Deliver cost reduction, supply assurance, quality improvement, innovation and increased vendor utility. - Knowledge on holding value engineering and innovation camps with global suppliers. - Assist to establish vendor life-cycle strategy to oversee planning, sourcing and selection of new vendors, manage data for vendor performance and manage vendor off-boarding and transition. - Assist in development financial analytics to support commercial term negotiations with performance dashboards and ROI based evaluation tools - Support internal and external audit, SOX compliance and due diligence requests as necessary Supervises: Manager/Natl.
