National Head - Execution & Distribution Description: Job Description: - The Execution & Distribution Head delivers value by guaranteeing an outstanding execution of the RTM strategy in a consistent way. The role enables the selling teams and controls operational discipline through clear KPIs and expected outcomes. The position is responsible to lead new RTM implementations, and after the models are implemented to secure outstanding execution, the role should make available all the relevant market information to results vs potential. - The position defines the governance processes for the different RTM models management (KO frontliners, distributors, Spokes, KA, wholesalers and digital). The role needs to be in constant communication with the sales regions to understand performance, opportunities, and issues. Title: National Head - Execution & Distribution Function: RTM & Commercial Capability Work Location: Bangalore Objectives: - Lead efforts in this area of Distribution & Execution to deliver the Numeric Distribution with optimal Cost to serve as planed in the Business plan. - Drive Centre of Excellence for the network of 3000+ Distributors, 9000 Spokes & + 40,000 Wholesalers (Active & Passive) across the HCCB territories. This role requires the leadership and vision to support business of today, while being future ready. - Develop & drive Distribution strategy for HCCB which meets the service level expectations of distributors at an optimized cost. - Lead the change in terms of meeting the short term and long-term Distribution needs of the company with a focus on Urban, Rural and Premium products. - To drive the Organization strategy consistently across the territories that enable delivery of efficient distribution systems. - Responsible for expanding and consolidating Distribution network in Urban & Rural India, as well as nurture Wholesale led distribution - Driving project District wise with Zonal Stake holder in line with BIG (RTM transformation model). - Ability to influence. - Responsible to design and drive the right service models, evaluating Cost to Serve. - Responsible for Horizontal expansion - both count and quality - to ensure HCCB remains ahead in ND in the competitive space. - Leads and inspires the Zonal Distribution teams Job Responsibilities: - Responsible to design Agile and Future-ready Distribution Network suitable to meet short term and long-term requirements of HCCB. - Drive Rural Penetration through of wholesale/ spokes and emerging models like Elastic run etc . - Leads implementation of Pilots to test improvements of an effective and efficient RTM strategy, maximizing available resources to achieve full market potential in alignment with BIG. - Horizontal Expansion - responsible to lead expansion for HCCB, end to end. Mapping opportunity, ensuring we are relevant in competitive space. Drive and inspire the zones to achieve plans and lay the roadmap for coming years for the organization - Responsible for driving processes and controls for Distribution Network of HCCB. - Identify automation opportunities in the RTM processes and drive process finalization, system development and implementation. Track and drive on ground adoption and usage through capability development and engagement. - Analyze current business parameters to capture distributor business trends, and put processes and protocols towards streamlining the same - Outside in view - FMCG best practices, explore last mile delivery options, tie ups with right partners to support distribution in Rural, Urban landscape - Responsible for process standardization on Distributor engagement with the company - RGB - Plan WD & ND strategy on RGB. Invest and monitoring on glass understanding turns and taking full control. - MSBF, Stock Norms, FR, DMS utilization, GEM, CF - Lead, Design and implement - To work closely with Zones (Distribution, Ops), Finance, IT, Commercial, Supply Chain, BSS, FSS & BIG - Develop & drive the model around Rural Distribution, keeping in mind the CTS as well as competitive space. Spoke management, rural distributor management, spoke digitization, ART are critical parameters to drive. - Wholesale channel (Saturation Model) - nurture this channel Active & Passive as it evolves, to ensure it contributes in indirect distribution. Keep the channel sustainable, and at right the channel CTS. Wholesale engagement program, WS Routines like MSBF, and billing norms to be driven. Supervises: National Head for Wholesale, Rural & Distribution Direct Reports: 3 Geographical Scope: PAN India Reports To: Head - RTM & Commercial Capability Job Requirement: Qualifications: MBA or any equivalent PG Diploma from a reputed institute Experience: Relevant experience in FMCG Distribution Travel: + 40%
