A person should have :  Show and tell :   - So critical to have hands-on, PoC building type profile  - Good B2C experience and end consumer App experience - so should have experience in complete ecosystem to deliver best customer experience (iOS/Android, Mobile UI and Usability, Mobile analytics and monitoring of customer experience, Phonegap/Cordova, Java/Swift/ObjectiveC experience)  Solutions orientation (MUST HAVE) :   - Deep mobility technical excellence  - Do-er, getting the job done - Individual contribution is required. Do NOT want an administrator.   - Must have the ability to interface with customer to do assessments and provide roadmap/strategy/thought leadership  - Willingness and ability to learn new technology skills  Solutions orientation (VERY IMPORTANT) :   - Able to work with account/vertical to contextualise solution   - Can do research on possible vendors/solutions out there to drive partnerships and value propositions  Good to have :   - Cross Platform skills - Titanium Appcelerator, Xamarin  Non-technical skills :   - Good communication (oral and written)  - Ability to work alongside peers and direct team  - Goal driven  - Initiative (Does not need to be told what to do)  Do Not Need  BYOD/Managed Mobility type of profiles.   - Kony type profiles if they do not have standalone native and hybrid skills as primary and Kony as secondary
