Our startup product is an HR Tech SaaS using AI to generate candidate skill analytics. We've built it completely and launched it recently.
Now looking to grow our product and revenue at a super-fast scale and hence looking for a co-founder with strong experience in sales/marketing and B2B growth.
We're targeting USD $1 million in revenue in the next 6 months and hence it would be a roller-coaster ride for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and marketing efforts of the company.
- Promote product in market, building anticipation and creating demand through social media, advertising, and networking
- A full time commitment is required to build the company, work intensely for the growth of the company
- Come up with interesting ideas to market the products and connect with the customers
- Must be ready to network with people and grow the business as a owner and have sense of full ownership of the work
