We are building 'Amaranth Based Healthy Snacking' brand for India and the world in a very fast growing superfood segment

1st time ever, launching Amaranth based healthy snacking brand in a very scattered superfood snacks market which is around $5.7bn in India and has a CAGR of 12% for next five years.

We have differentiated product offerings, especially for affluent health oriented audiences. We have already tried & tested our products in supermarkets of tier1 cities, and have received rave reviews. Now, looking forward to launching full fledged products iterated based on real time feedback received from consumers.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Co-Founder who can run the show and walk the exciting journey with us and lead the operations for the company having an entrepreneurial mindset. As a business partner and a trusted member of the strategic team, you will need to share our entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to believe in our dream!

Requirements:

- IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB/BITS/Tier 1 or 2 College

- 2-5 years Exp in any field

- Ready to learn & unlearn

- Creative, good design & aesthetic sense

- Any experience in early-stage start-up is a plus

Salary:

- Equity compensation + opportunity to get a higher stake if the person can commit personal funds to the venture.

- No salary until we raise the funding round
