Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Co-Founder to spearhead the growth of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. As a Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction, development, and scaling of our brands. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record of building and scaling successful D2C businesses, coupled with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in defining the vision and roadmap for our D2C brand.
Brand Development: Lead the ideation, creation, and positioning of new D2C brand that resonate with target audiences.
Marketing and Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Distribution Strategy- Develop and implement strategies for online and offline distribution channels to effectively reach target markets and maximize sales opportunities for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand.
Customer Experience: Champion the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach and drive business growth.
Team Building: Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of cross-functional professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful entrepreneurship and/or executive leadership roles in the D2C/Ecommerce space, with a focus on brand building and scalable growth.
- Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, and Etsy, including their listing requirements, features, and best practices.
- Extensive experience in product development, marketing, and operations within the D2C or e-commerce sector from 4 to 10 years.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape in the D2C /Ecommerce space.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
